This series, consisting of three replicas, is inspired by the 1911 customs created by Auto Ordnance to commemorate World War II. The FLY GIRLS honors the more than 1,000 women of the WASP who served during World War II. The Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) was a pioneering para-military organization of civilian women pilots employed by the United States Army Air Forces during World War II.
